I am 70 miles north of the El Centro area and the main route from Mexico, S-86. We not only have illegals from Mexico but also South American countries and China or ??. The crime rate is awful. Palm Springs area has at leat 50 + gangs. They are criminals, drugs, kidnapping., Our government has not done anything too curb this mess. AZ governor has a right too clean up the state. This will help with unemployment, less Welfare, less stress of non payment too hospitals. The Unions are crippling the economy, Why should CA hire teachers from Mexico, pay for their education, English speaking classes. Give them a certificate too teach here when they have limited English. My daughter is a teacher, 50,000 in debt and can't find a job. She has a full note book of recomindations. she has 4 or five masters and certified too teach all subjects in CA and all grades. This last year she did have a class part of the year! It was a class from hell! The students were rude, called her names and she was the seventh teacher in this class in five months. She was not getting any help from the Principal, then they had a new V.P. so he said send them too me! The class is doing better and she will get the class in the right direction. No response from parents! I am not sure what nationality these kids are! I don't ask that question! I told her that she doesn't know what kind of home life these kids have and she may be the only mentor these kids will have in their life. CA teachers Union is broke! Their medical insurance is a big laugh. I know my son in law is in a Union and he pays into this a lot of money. It is not right that Unions use the money too help elections. That is fraud! My husband was in a Union and when he was on strike, the Union allowed the company too hire immigrants and they too his day job. The Union wouldn't help him, It was a situation where they wanted too get rid fo older workers, he was 56, He retired! Too much stress at work with the Unions and unskilled labors.
