The National Right to Work Committee® is a coalition of 2.2 million American citizens united by one belief:

No one should be forced to pay tribute to a union in order to get or keep a job.

These citizens agree that Federal labor law should not promote coercive union power, and support the protection and enactment of additional state Right to Work laws until the federal sanction for compulsory unionism is eliminated.

We at the National Right to Work Committee are fighting at many levels to protect America's working men and women's right to decide for themselves whether or not a union deserves their financial support.

Whether it be in the state and federal legislatures, the courts, or hearing rooms at the FEC or the NLRB, we fight to ensure that workers join unions because they want to -- not out of fear or federal mandate.

Obama to Union Bosses: “We Can’t Do it Without You”

In a nationwide conference call arranged by AFL-CIO Boss John Sweeney, Sen. Barack Obama made a plea to union bosses across the nation to push their political agenda on workers. “So we depend on you to tell (voters) about where I am on workers’ issues,” Obama said.

In return for their political support, Obama twice mentioned his determination to push and sign the Card Check Scam Bill.

It’s clear that in exchange for political commercials and mailings, Obama is willing to sacrifice workers on the alter of forced unionism. Elections be damned — who needs them when they stand in the way of becoming President of the United States.
