Actually I think the best option would be 100% election coverage. Australia requires people to vote; Unions require payment EVEN in right to work states that deny union monopoly. Maybe we should have a certification vote built in to the process every four years like the President of the United states. Just because Unions were voted for once does that mean they are privileged to stay forever!?
As unions are fond of stating the perfect Management of today will not always be there tomorrow should be held to union representation also! the WORKFORCE OF TODAY MAY NOT NEED THE UNION OF TOMORROW!!!

This is a hilarious piece of propaganda.
If a worker doesn’t want to be represented by a union, he or she can quit. No problem. Go get a lower-paid non-union job. And that is LOWER PAID. Union jobs pay more, and that’s a fact, mam.
Quitting is the solution any worker who is dissatisfied with conditions always has, union or not. And it is certainly what union-haters would suggest that non-union workers do if they’re dissatisfied with their working conditions.
Finally, what you are saying is that majority should not rule. So if we conduct a political election, and fewer than half of potential voters go to the ballots, would you require the re-election of the incumbent, assuming that those who did not vote did not want a change? Would you say the same if the incumbent were a Democrat who supported unions?
